If you purchased your SOMA at an independent retailer, that retailer’s return policy applies.
If you discover any material or workmanship defect within 30 days of purchase, kindly contact us here with proof of purchase and we’ll be happy to replace your SOMA free-of-charge. We will organise an exchange at your address, typically well within a week.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or otherwise issue refunds, unless we can catch the cancellation in time before the item has been shipped out.
This exchange policy does not apply to normal wear and tear, breakage from dropping or contact with other objects or hot liquids, or damage from accidents, and misuse (including failure to follow product documentation).
