Songwriting & Production Analysis

This highly popular introductory course allows students to gain a better understanding of both the writing as well as the production aspects of music production. The course provides a broad overview of various songwriting tools to aid songwriters in the creative aspect, and also allows students to gain an understanding in recording techniques, production stages and mixing considerations.

This unique course is open to both aspiring songwriters and producers/engineers, and will help those who are undecided as to whether to pursue a career in the music industry.

This course aims to establish in students writing, arranging and production techniques, so as to allow students to smoothly advance into further songwriting or production courses with greater ease.

Course Duration

7 weeks.

Lessons are held once a week, every Friday, from 8pm - 10pm.
